Annie's Ice Cream in Jim Thorpe has the best soft servce and hard ice cream in the area. No one can beat their prices or portions. The sundaes are incredible--gotta try the muddy monkey!!!

I had been to Black Bread a few times already and really liked it for the ambience and the food was pretty good. We've always had a really nice time. I am frequent visitor from England and I am a regular at the tavern for its home brewed beers, small town friendly ambience, and tasty reasonably priced food. Not quite an English pub, nor quite English real ale, but nonetheless, highly recommended.

very nice intimate setting and very friendly owners. food was very good and moderately priced. nice size portions
