Excellent!! The food and the ambience couldn't have been any better. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive too. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves excellent food along with a truly historical experience.

We have eaten at LaVigna's a number of times. Their Italian selections are all excellant. I have traveled all over the US and this is one of the finest Italian restaurants I have ever had the pleasure to find in my travels. The food is consistent and the management is there to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.
The oldest ale house in the city, this place oozes character. The place is frequented by the young professionals and professional students on Tuesdays, fridays and Saturdays. Terrific! It's a bit noisy if you're trying to carry on a serious conversation... but the setting is intimate and food is terrific.
