Meat was stringy tough and improperly cut, or this wouldn't have been the case. Sauce was mediocre. Potato salad was poor. People were efficient but not particularly attentive or personable. This is the second Riscky's I've tried, and will be the last. It's not terrible, but I wouldn't walk across the street for a free meal of it, even if I were hungry.
For a chain barbecue restaurnt, their BBQ is very good. I love their sides--potato salad, beans, cole slaw but mostly I love the hot fresh rolls they walk around and bring to your table. I prefer the brisket, myself. Delicious.
