The ‘river' becomes a central theme as our chef introduces a glorious river of the world a few times a year - and, with each introduction, a delectable special food and wine menu to represent that region or country. We recently featured the Rubicon River in Italy -- with a delicious assortment of Italian appetizers, entrees, desserts and wines.
