a diner from Harrisburg, Pa
Ate there 1/14/08 for dinner. Maybe the worst service experience in a restaurant in my life. 6 diners, only 1 got the meal they ordered correctly. 3 steaks, all overdone, 2 were the wrong steak entirely. No rolls to table even after asking. Had to ask for used dishes to be removed from table. Offered free dessert for trouble, then were rude when we asked about them (so we left without). Asked for manager and the owner's young daughter was in charge (teenager?). Table next to us had a diner that never got his steak at all (probably one of the wrong ones to our table). Was in restauarant for 2 hours due to service issues and food issues. Find another place, this one needs help badly.
