best calamari for miles and miles --- great meat balls --- the lounge has 3 big tv's they give you a remote to use. easy to find just off 40 east

The meatballs are the best ever! Our favorite meal is the spaghetti and meatballs with the eggplant parmesan running a close second. The restaurant is clean and the service is terrific! We eat in a lot of restaurants, from mom/pop restaurants, to franchises, to upscale/high end establishments and we rate this as one of the best!

DELICIOUS,FRESH FOOD SERVED PROMPTLY. SEAFOOD PASTA IS THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD. THE FRIED CHEESE CAKE IS A MUST HAVE.

overpriced very very mediocre food, being from NEw Haven CT, I would put my worst restaurant in New haven up against Roccos. The sauce from my friends italian dish tasted liked canned sauce,,,,,,very very weak!!!
Rocco's has been my favorite "funky" Italian restaurant in Hagerstown since the late 1940s. The food is tasty and a good value. Step into Rocco's and step back into the 1950s. A good meal for the buck.
