Very poor customer service. Do not go here expecting to get drinks quickly or to be spoken to appropriately. Management does not understand when and where to have conversations with staff members.

Rookies is a great place to be served with great assistance, watch any sports game that you want on their 20 something large screened TV's and have some great food. The staff are great with great personalities.
