We moved from india to florida and started a restaurant serving authentic indian cuisine. we openend in march 08 and since then have received a great response from tampaiets. Saffron offers authentic cuisine from North India, featuring many specialties including Goan, Lamb, Seafood, Goat and Chicken. Chicken Tekka Masala,Butter Chicken, Lamb Korma,Goat Curry, Biryani, Goan Specialties, Goat Xacuti,Lamb Vindaloo,Goan Fish Curry and vegetarian dishes.
We serve soups, salads, starters, tandoori bread, kebabs, combination meals, deserts, special indian hot and cold beverages.

By far the BEST Tampa has to offer. My wife and I have eaten at most of Tampa's Indian restaurants, and none compare to the taste Saffron can offer. From scrupmtious samosa's to equisite Tandoori Chicken and Lamb chops, to incredible Lamb Biryani, and the most succulent Chicken curry to be found anywhere, you will not be disappointed! Dishes ordered off the menu are better than those on the buffet, but the buffet offers incredible variety of meat and veg dishes including an indescribable Pumpkin curry. Do yourself a favor and check it out for yourself!
