We've dined at Saint-Emilion three times and each time it has been a wonderful experience. On our most recent visit, we did not go with any specialties but rather we ordered steaks and they were great! The Maitre'd was accomodating and the waitstaff was excellent in advising us and explaining the specialties in detail. It is truly the most "european" feel to be found in Fort Worth.
If you are looking for a good place to eat in Fort Worth with a French/Mediterranean flavor, look no further. Bistro Louise is tucked away on the west side of downtown. It is a small place, so call ahead for reservations just in case. The dining is g

Excellent place. Its a nice resturant that you can go on a romantic date or bring the kids for Sunday dinner. The food is awesome and they have an excellent wine choice!

I've been to all the best restaurants in Fort Worth. I had hoped S-E would be one of those great little "finds." It wasn't.
The staff (owner / Mtr'd?) was RUDE. The prices are high for what you get. It was so crowded, hot, & noisy we left.

My husband & I ate at Saint-Emilion for a romantic night out on our trip to Fort Worth. The outside looks like a little French country cottage. The inside, though smaller than anywhere I've ever dined, has an intimate ambience. The staff were very attentive and accommodating - they were willing and eager to answer any questions we had. The $49.95 price for a 4-course meal was well worth the $ spent. My husband had the French Onion soup, Roast Duck in black currant sauce, Lump crabmeat appetizer, and a dessert of Tuile cookie cup with warm cream & blackberries. I enjoyed a Caprese salad, Scallops, Chilean Covina Bass, and a Melting Chocolate cake. We both asked for the servers to choose our wine, and they paired it wonderfully! Definitely a romantic experience!

Food & Service are both outstanding on a consistent basis! If you are looking for a place to have a romantic dinner in a small place, this is the place. They have a set price around $40.00 a person which includes an appetizer, soup or salad, entree and dessert.
