Hillsborough Restaurant Guide

Saratoga Grill is a quaint little restaurant located in the upper lever of a building in downtown Hillsborough. The decor is nice but nothing spectacular. And although the service was a bit dry, my experience here on a Tuesday night was overall a pleasant one. Before our entrees arrived we were served a small basket of biscuits and rolls which was enough to keep us satisfied until the main course was brought. I ordered the Honey Almond Salmon which happened to be one of the day's specials. It came with a small salad and a choice of potatoes or rice; I chose the latter. Our orders came out quite quickly and tasted great. The honey and almond with the salmon was a different mix of flavors that I found worked well. The salmon itself was cooked perfectly. The only thing I can complain about it is that I wish the portion was a bit larger. Saratoga Grill is a great place to dine at if you want a small, quiet atmosphere with excellent food.
