I used to go here all the time and service was fine. But my past several visits had Terrible service from start to finish.
In December 2005 My husband and I were seated promptly (the restaurant was not crowded) and then ignored for a good ten minutes all together. The hostess then came over and asked if our waitress had taken our drink orders, We said no and she took them and eventually got them to us. We still hadn't even seen our waitress. About ten minutes after getting our drinks the hostess came over again and said she would just go ahead and take our orders. She did. We still didn't see our waitress. When the food arrived it was brought to us by !!surprise!! Our waitress!! We never saw her again. Our drinks were never refilled, we had to ask for the check at the front counter, cause we never had anyone to ask for it to.

We arrived around dinner time and it was busy. but not busy enough to even have a slight wait for a table. We were seated right away. We had our two year old with us and asked for a kids menu and a booster seat. We dot the booster and no kids menu. We then again just as the time before were completely ignored for a great deal of time before our drink orders were even taken. we the hostess (no waitress yet) brought us our drinks i asked for a kids menu again, she looked at me like i was being rude and said that i couldn't have one until our waitress brought one....???? I have never heard of this before... and see no point in it at all. maybe the don't trust a hostess with crayons. At this point we had been seated with no kids menu for about 15min. our son was hungry and had already drank all his juice. our waitress arrived and said "have you ordered yet?" like she wasn't sure if we were at her table or not. I then told her "No, but we haven' seen a kids menu yet." she looked puzzled got us one and then disappeared. She came back about ten minutes later to Finally take our order... We almost walked out, but at that point we were to hungry. Our food didn't take to long to arrive we never received our appetizer. we asked about it. they then brought us the wrong one. we got our starter as we were leaving. our drinks were never refilled, we sat at our table waiting for someone to walk past so we get their attention ans ask for the bill. No one did for a very long time. I told my husband to bring our son to the car and i would go up to the front and pay. when they saw him leave someone rushed over to give me the bill... like they were scared we were gonna dine and dash. but with the service we got. I don't think i would have felt guilty if we did.
