Portland Restaurant Guide

To me, a really great meal tends to stop time for a moment and warms my soul. Not just putting sustenance into my body, but feeling someone's heart and absorbing just a small bit of their craft. This goes for anywhere I have been whether it's a fine dining restaurant, small café or at a friend's house who has slaved all day just to make one meal special. I can always tell when someone has put passion into their food, it just tastes better. As a chef, it has always been my goal to let my guests participate in my passion for food. There is nothing more rewarding for me than to watch diners pass their plates around the table so others can try all the different flavors. The looks on their faces are the reward I need to keep doing what I do.

I not only have a fabulous neighborhood to cater to, but a rich and diverse environment to find some of the tastiest ingredients this country has to offer.
