Sophia's Italian Ristorante has evolved into one of Sierra Vista's finest destination restaurants. The restaurants, previously the location of the Gluten Appetit deli was transformed and opened as Sophia's Italian Ristorante on July 31, 2009. The name Sophia's was given to the restaurant in honor of owners Zeke and Trish Wray's daughter, Sophia

The highly refined and sensual food of Chef/Owner Zeke Wray is an eclectic mix of modern cooking influence by the fine regions of Italian cuisine. Sophia's is dedicated to using the freshest, quality ingredients and creating dishes that entice the imagination, challenge tastes and turn dinner into an exciting experience.

Ongoing improvements have created an elegant and intimate dining atmosphere currently seating 60 guests. Lunches are casual and are on a first come first serve basis. Dinner service is a fine dining setting and reservations are strongly recommenced.
