What a fantastic diner! They have a great menu, everything is very affordable. Most importantly the food is fantastic. I can't believe my breakfast came to only 3 bucks, it was delicious too. I'll be looking forward to going back and trying something new. The State Diner is a great place to eat, what a value!

The home made burgers are delicious, and you can't beat the price. It's one of the last affordable diners left in NJ. You can definitely tell the food is fresh, and the wait staff are very pleasant and accommodating. It's a great place to get some good old fashioned diner food. I highly recommend the State Diner.
