Everything was good except the ribs, which were all fat and no meat. I informed the waitress that I was unhappy and that the ribs were not edible, yet the manager never came. I recommended to the waitress, who was very nice but a little clueless, that when a customer says it the worst ribs they ever had, she should probably get the manager. I never saw the manager. This place was once in a strip mall and their ribs were among the best, I do not know what happened. The brisket and chopped beef are still good, but the place is not named Steve's brisket.
