North Las Vegas Restaurant Guide

Was hungry so I stopped in to order a philly as I'd had one once before..Sat at the bar and ended up playing $30 to pass the time while I waited an extraordinarily long time to have the kitchen fill my order to go. Was surprised to find out from the bartender before leaving that the bar will not comp you for actually playing- only if you end up losing??. So basically for two drinks I ordered while waiting for them to make my philly to go (app 25-30 min) I ended up paying another $7 dollars for my second drink which I didn't even finish because I was so disgusted to hear of this absurd policy I just wanted to head out the door and go home. Unfortunately I wasn't able to do so because by the time the bartender Rochelle actually took her sweet time in coming back to settle my newfound bar tab my food had already turned cold so I should've finished it while waiting,I suppose. Anyway-This bar tab was IN ADDITION to the $30 dollars spent on the machine itself, the 5 tip to the bartender and also the tip to the waitress that brought me my food=the 8.50 + taxfor the philly. Over $50 dollars spent and they were too cheap to comp two drinks?? hile I was waiting on food to go and playing their lousy machines?? Losing money and giving their business income from multiple directions?? WTH?? What a rip. Never again! There are plenty of places that know how to treat customers right and this place IMO is definitely NOT one of them. The phillys-however, I must admit are still good even when you have to warm them up in the microwave but not so good for all the trouble and the price I had to pay to wait to recieve one. In the future I will just go somewhere more worthy of my business and that appreciates its clients more. I hope the next customer that walks thru their doors is considerably more lucky and treated with more hospitality than I myself was...
