Teresa "Hogan" Gleason is a thief and the world should know about it before supporting her business.
She refuses to return a security deposit or provide proper documentation for the coffee shop across the street from the bar. She took a $3,000 security deposit, which is 6x more than the proposed monthly rent, refused to supply a lease and could not even provide running water in the coffee shop building. Upon asking for security deposit back, she assumed that it was going towards rent. For an uninhabitable building with no lease!
She refuses to return the security deposit and while court actions are being sought, it is important the public is warned of this woman. It is known in the neighborhood that she is a swindler regarding other landlording she has done.
She currently has someone living in coffee shop.
Demand the security deposit is returned NOW.

Great food and service. Love that we could shoot a game of pool and catch some music afterwards. Weekends are great to bring the family. Before 3pm kids meals are 1/2 off!

Excellent!! The food and the ambience couldn't have been any better. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive too. I would highly recommend to anyone who loves excellent food along with a truly historical experience.
