Have enjoyed going to Tipps for years, even if sometimes it is sometime between visits.
I have especially liked the Buffet and its variety of food and flavors.
I have also appreicated the friendly service, including being greeted by the owner.
I have read diffferent sources that have not favored what I concisider the Best Thai restaurant in Ventura,all I can say is I be willing to bet that there are more people with a positive experience.
