Over the past several decades, we have seen many changes in the world and in Scottsdale. One thing that has not changed is the consistently high quality products used at Voltaire. Our goal is to source the finest products available from the most reliable suppliers in the world. Some of the dishes available at Voltaire cannot be found at many other restaurants ( if any). Our steaks are hand-cut at our restaurant after being aged for at least 21 days. Our European suppliers provided us with the most pristine seafood possible. Everything at Voltaire is prepared fresh daily. We start from scratch everyday, prepare enough for that day and start again the next day. This is the way we think things should be done. That is why we think we are the Special Place in Scottsdale.
