Dockside Bistro and Wine Bar made its debut on May 12th, 2007. Open for lunch, appetizers and dinner Tuesday through Sunday, Dockside Bistro focuses on pairings of fine wine and fine food in an intimate and warm waterfront setting. Owner Laurie Nguyen and Executive Chef Cedar Martin utilize the freshest local ingredients to create sensational cuisine with a Northwest flair. We are particularly pleased to offer Painted Hills organic beef on our menus. In addition, our seafood is wild caught from sustainable fisheries or culled from local shellfish producers on Eld and Totten Inlets. With frequent lunch and dinner specials and promotional events such as $1.00 Cork Night, Complementary Cheese Plates, and selected bottles of fine wine from $20.00 (please see our Events Page under 'Ongoing'), plus after hours live jazz on Friday evenings, Dockside strives to provide an informal and quality dining experience whether you are dropping by for appetizers and a glass of wine or for a full lunch or dinner.
We now offer a Tasting Menu with game, seafood and vegetarian offerings which permits you to sample offerings from each of the tasting menus, mix-and-match, or order the entire flight.

Dockside is proud to be offering a full bar with a fine selection of top-shelf mixed drinks. Please join us for Social Hour every Tuesday through Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 PM for $5 wine pours, $6 Mix-n-Match Flights, $2.5 Draught Beer, and $5 Cosmopolitans, Lemon Drops and Whisky Sours. We are also proud to be serving Dry Fly Vodka and Dry Fly Gin, the only Washington-made spirits.
