Wedding on 6/24/07 service staff inattentive. Unable to get beverages at table as promised. Not enough staff to cover the event.Guests were charged for non alcohlic beverages which the restaurant denies even though a per person charge for non alcohlic beverages had been paid. Buffet not refilled or monitored frequently enough to keep up with demand.No one bussed tables and No clean plates were available for refills at buffet until staff was directed to supply them by the mother of the groom. This was not my job. I addressed this with the wait staff and the assistant manager. No cake plate available for cake cutting of bride and groom we grabbed a bread plate from the grooms parents table. No coffee cups or creamers were available at the time the cake was served. The champagne was being given out while the bridal party was taking pictures instead of the time of the toast which means alot of guests did not get anything to toast with. We met with the owner who said he could not believe that this occurred and we would have to confront his staff which we did do. We did receive a partial refund.Which was appropriate under the circumstances but I would have prefered to have had better service so that would not have been the case. I recommend anyone thinking about using this venue for any large group to ask when the next wedding is scheduled so they can come and evalute the service provided before they make a final decision for themselves. I hope they rectify these service issues before it truly hurts their reputation.
