Very disappointed in the food. I had a filet mignon which was cooked the way I requested, medium rare, but had a sooty exterior that coated my mouth and turned the plate black. The accompaning pillauf dish tasted like it was rewarmed and the carrots and peas were mushy as if cames from a can. The lettuce salad for myself and husband consisted of wattery lettuce that was not crisp. It had a quarter slice of cucmber and one grape tomato. Also the bluecheese dressing was watered down with vinegar and no blue cheese in the 2 plastic containers slopped on the plate. My husbands shrimp were over cooked and the house potatoes were burned and soggy with oil. But they covered 3/4 of the plate. He couldn't even eat them. The cracker basket had crushed packets of crackers and pita shells in a plastic opened baggie. Although you did get about a 1/2 cup of whipped butter with them. The waitress asked me if i was the lady that called about the fillets. She was quite loud in her manner and said oh you aren't the fillet lady then, with a question in her tone of voice. We were never asked if we need anything or if everything was ok. However the rstaurant was full to my amazement. But for $19.99 I expected a better quality meal and a classier waitress. I will try the family ahmeds nest and hope to get better food and service.

One of the cleanest places in Toledo (I've been in the kitchen....and no I don't work there!)Hats off to Tom Ahmed and family for a great place.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. I've been going to Mancy's for 22 years now and its still the same. They also have these huge 1 LB baked potatoes crusted with sea salt, very good. My husband always orders the Surf and Turf and the Lobster Bisqueis and I

I have eaten here several times and satisfaction has been great, lively atmosphere, food very tasty, service is timely and persons are very helpful. I recommend their cheesefries, pork chops, and steaks, along with their sweet potatoe.
