For being located in a little strip mall, the interior of Bella's is impressive, however, the ambience could still use a little sprucing up. I would definitely suggest the addition of some sort of music to liven up the atmosphere. The waitstaff also wears shorts and t-shirts - I think they could improve the overall ambience somewhat by dressing it up just a tad.

The Chicken Parmigiano was very heavily breaded, as if they bought a bag of breaded chicken breasts out of the freezer section at Kroger. The shrimp with Angel Hair Pasta was not really all that impressive. I thought the Turkey Marsala was good. My husband also enjoyed the Manicotti. Their wine selection is small, but reasonably priced.
Overall, I would say this restaurant is average, but reasonably priced. But if you are looking for a great Italian restaurant with all of the ambience to boot, this is not it.
