The service in this BK restaurant is incredibly bad, The servers are clearly incompetent, some have linguistic problems, and some are simply not interested in what they are doing. When a client specifies "to take out", and the order comes on an "eat-in" tray, there is clearly a problem. A shake-down and renewal is long overdue at this eatery.

I noticed that your employees making the sandwiches did not have gloves on. This was disturbing to me. All your food handlers should be using disposable plastic gloves for sanitary reasons!

The Burger King on Amr is useless. They are never open. I missed the dollar icee but they were closed. They open at 10. We are military we go to work at 530/600am. Then the close at 2pm. That's stupid cus we don't get off until 5/6 pm
