Our office ordered 7 subs for lunch. We were told delivery would be around 11:30...delivery was not until 1215. Now, weather was not good and the traffic was bad and that is understandable, but, the sandwiches were disgusting! They were not toasted as we had asked, they were slopply made, the tuna tasted like it was 9 months old, there was no oil on any of the sandwiches and....AND...the manager didn't care. The delivery driver, Tina, and the manager's attitude was like "so what"...take it or leave it. This is a huge office with over 125 people....and we will never order from Calz again. I can understand that sometimes the food may not be up to par for various reasons, but bad customer service is NOT acceptable.

I just received a delivery order from this restaurant. The delivery driver was very pleasant. The person who took my order has no customer service training. Also, can you please provide napkins in the delivery order. I mean you charge $2.00 to delivery. I pay the driver a 10% tip. I speak to a rude person on the phone, I get the wrong type dressing for my hot wings, then I don't have napkins to wipe my hands. Please give me a break.
