Cyros LLC, was the collaboration of Cyril (Cy) Santos and Rogelio (Ro) Lawsin wanting to provide the finest, freshest sushi to those who appreciated good food. The company was formed on October 1, 2007 from a dream of becoming the premier sushi company in the Southeast. This dream started in the wine bar of Dean & Deluca at Phillips Place in Charlotte, NC where Cy was the master chef who provided the best sushi in the Queen City. Their humble beginning was only the start of great things to come.

From the Dean & Deluca Wine Bar, Cyros did a brief stint in the wine bar at Roosters in the South Park area of Charlotte where they continued to treat customers in the area to the finest sushi in the Carolinas. After leaving Roosters, Cyros has since opened their corporate kitchen designed to not only be the central hub of operations, but also a place to invite prospective clients to sample their sushi and show up close how Cyros operates and makes their quality sushi.

Cyros recently opened their first sushi and sake bar in South Park, Charlotte, NC and will become the premiere place to get the finest and freshest sushi in Charlotte. At the same time, Cyros will continue with their catering business taking care of clients for every type of event they may have.
