We have eaten at Eest 3 times now. This place has been great every time. The service is excellent, atmosphere is very nice, and the food is just wonderful. They serve the best hot & sour soup in the valley. I have to travel 35 miles to dine here, and I'll continue. Much better than your average Chinese restaurant, and the prices are reasonable too!

Clearly a cut above all other Asian restaurants in our area. Simply delicious! Food preparation is excellent. Presentation is very nice. The orange beef is the best I've ever had!
