Best Place in town!! My family and I love this food, I am from mexico and this reminds me of my family.
I went to Osegueras because of some positive ratings that were posted online. I read only one bad review that I thought to be negative in nature so we went anyway. I am pretty easy to please when dining out but Osegueras not good. The cheese dip tasted like melted Velveeta. It was about 80 degrees inside and my wife ordered a pork burrito which was below average at best. I had a chimi with carne asada which was average, both of which were covered with the Velveeta tasting cheese. The chicken we ordered for the kids to go with the quesadillas was good and I really liked the salsa. We told two waiters that we did not like the Burrito and they did nothing. We went to pay and said that we felt like we should not have to pay for the burrito and the cashier stated that it was too late and proceeded to advise me that they have been the best Mexican food in the city for the last eight years and this would be the first negative review of a million. I have a hard time believing that. Overall the good salsa did not make up for sub par food, poor service and arrogant cashier. You are better off going to Taco Bell.
Be careful!... they will charge a tip even if you don't like.Recently I've been there and it costs me arond $20.(this is the amount which I 've got the bill and signed). But next day when I checked my account they have charged me $25 from my account.

Appalling Service!
Placed a pick up order, Hostess states “hope it’s what you want because I’m not given your money back or fixing the order. I am just too lazy for that”. Take your chances ordering food here.
Jose's used to be the best place in Fayetteville for Mexican, before they had any competition (La Huerta, Oseguera's, Elenita's). I do really enjoy the Seafood Quesadilla and they have good salsa. The patio is so fun when the weather is nice.
