It is truly ashame that one diner had such a bad experience waiting for service. It must have been unusual. I dine here often because it is a phenomenal restaurant with great food. Don't be swayed, this is a must visit restaurant.
I love Thai food and this is one of my favorite Thai restaurants anywhere. The quality of the food and the value are excellent. Eating at Sri Thai is always high on my 'to do' list when I am in Fort Collins.
The rather large dining area is without the obstacle of columns, due to the thoughtful design of the owners. There is just enough in the decor to hint of the proprietors' native Thailand. This has always been a family favorite. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The portions are great! And the dessert is quite tasty! Their giant sopapilla is delicious.

We ordered from there twice. Both times the food was late and tasted terrible. It's also way overpriced.
The delivery was late. It took 90 mins and the sauces were spilled inside the bag. The food was cold and lacking quantity. I have never had a worse meal for the price.
I always pick up dinner here on my way home when I'm dining solo. Always do take-out, never dine-in or delivery. Portions are generous, enough for lunch or dinner the next day. Food is still hot when I get home. Flavor and quality have been excellent so far. Haven't explored their whole menu yet.
Don't listen to the "nay" sayers! Absolutely f'in delicious!
