Great place for a romantic dinner. Wonderful steaks, maybe even the best I've had. Dark, lots of corners and rustic wood.
The C.B. has been one of the best places to get a great steak anywhere in the U.S. for well over 40 years. It is awe inspiring to find a restaurant that has maintained such consistant excellence for such a long period. I recommend it with no qualification.

This is the perfect place for someone who wants a great meal on a budget. Steaks run $20/30, well below average, but you can also get a great burger and fries for $3.75 (not kidding - up to about $6 for specialty burgers).

This is by far my favorite mexican restaurant in Fort Collins.
They've got great old fashioned American fare. Chicken fried steak, breakfast burritos, omelets, burgers and fries. Great value, too.
Fantastic dining experience! Huge variety of sushi, sake, and dinner entrees. Very fresh, tasty, and well prepared. Service was excellent. If you like sushi, this place is an absolute must.
