I love Thai food and this is one of my favorite Thai restaurants anywhere. The quality of the food and the value are excellent. Eating at Sri Thai is always high on my 'to do' list when I am in Fort Collins.
It is truly ashame that one diner had such a bad experience waiting for service. It must have been unusual. I dine here often because it is a phenomenal restaurant with great food. Don't be swayed, this is a must visit restaurant.

Sri Thai has very good food. We order and pick up and love it.
Restaurant was not busy, we were immediately seated with the sun in our eyes. Closed the blinds and waited...
the waiter walked past 3 or 4 times. After 10 minutes of 0 service we left.
Don't waste your time here - the service is horrible. They'd rather all sit and talk at the bar area than help ...
