The food is GREAT at a great price! The owner and head chef came to see how things were And we were warmly welcomed and loved the people and food. Is a great hangout or a place for a party very happy with my experience at Hoopers!!!! We are for sure comin back again!!
Great food, You will get what you pay for, menu is in line with quality and enjoyment. Ambience is average. Patio over the water is awesome but only available during the summer. Boogie nights is upstairs and is great for Friday and Saturday nights.
