We went to this fine dining establishment on Sunday April 19 2009. There was only one other table with customers. We sat down, the waitress asked us if we had coupons. We got gift certificates for Christmas and wanted to use two. We were refused. Then we asked to see the manager/owner. He came out a...
Awful sums up our experience. When our food came we thought the wrong orders came. For example, the chicken parmesan was just grilled chicken on pasta with sauce and a dab of burnt cheese. Chicken was overcooked in all dishes. Sauce and cheese were sparse at best. Salads were bad and came after the ...
We have eaten here before and were not impressed with service or value. Today we decided to give it another try. A sign informed of new management which was evident by a really nice guy giving customers lots of personal attention. There was actually a buffet available for the first time, and only...
This was our first visit and we were a bit worried being the only ones there at 5:30 on a Saturday night, but our fear was unfounded. We were all very pleased with our entrees, which included peene pasta w/broccoli and chicken, curry chicken & chicken shishkabob. I tasted these three and they were ...
We recently used a coupon for a lunch and were pleasantly surprised at the fresh quality of the food. They advertise a buffet but there was not one. The waitress was friendly but inept even though there were very few other customers during our meal. We had the chicken alfredo and lasagna, and bot...
We have visited Asiagos twice with our dining deal coupons and were very impressed both times. I went back online and ordered two more gift certificates. I ordered the same item both times, chicken scallopini with Marsala on angel hair pasta and my boyfriend had lasagna one time and Alfredo Carboner...
This was my fifth visit to Asiago's. As usual, the food is outstanding, service great and they will never rush you. Kids are welcome. I love their spaghetti and there is a Mediterranean dish with angel hair pasta and tomatoes that I order a lot. I look for consistency in a restaurant and this on...
Great deal. For $9.99, you can choose an appetizer or a dessert, plus an entree. For $12.99, you can choose 1 appetizer, 1 entree, and 1 dessert. The choices are all good. The atmosphere is very laid back. Very family friendly. Wait staff on top of everything.
my family owns several restaurants across the country. i can tell the difference in fresh food vs everything that comes from a lady baltimore (or equivalent) truck. food is decent, portion size is ok. i was there with a group of guys after work, bartender spent most of his time talking to a girl ...

A terrible experience - not with food but service. Waited for 1 hour for a table for 8 and got seated at a table for 5. They would not let us move to bigger table and got extremely rude when we complained about the crowded conditions. There are other places with just as good of food who genuinely ca...

A great restaurant overall, but there is one problem that should be addressed. They recently started a promotion where you get a free appetizer with the purchase of an entree on your next visit. This is printed at the bottom of your receipt. When you try to use it, you are informed that it needs ...

Went to dinner with our daughter, an HPU student, on Friday (08-28-2010) was it ws very good. Somebody got an entree confused and served the wrong style of pasta. It was good none the less. The management comped a desert and coffee, which was delicious. The food was great. Overall 4 stars.

Thoroughly enjoyed my meal. It is an ecletic Italian restaurant with both traditional and non traditional menu items. The server, Brette was very attentive. We will go again.

We have been "regulars " here for years, even through a change of owners, and have never had a bad meal. The seafood is fresh. The service is excellent...ask for Lee as your server! Southwestern Mahi Mahi is great, also Chicken Corfu, chicken Marsala, Penne el Greco. Create your own pasta dish is g...

As a former residident of the Boston area (well known for its fine restaurants and ethnic food), I can easily and enthusiastically say that Gianno's in High Point is the best Italian restaurant in the Triad.

I truly enjoyed this restaurant. My husband and I went on Valentine's Day so we weren't sure what to expect in terms of service and quality. However, the service was great and the food was even better. Despite the Minestrone soup which lacked any special quality and seemed to be out of a can, the...

Outstanding Italian food, and amazing quality ingredients. I've dined in this establishment many times, and have yet to have a bad meal. I highly recommend Gianno's!

Gianno's is a fun restaurant to come and relax with friends or family. It is casual yet elegant and appropriate for a variety of functions. The food is absolutely excellent and includes something for even your pickiest eater. It does get quite crowded on weekends, so take advantage of their call-ahe...
