Worst service and meal we have had in a long time especially considering the price. The evening started with a 15 minute wait for our table after making reservations and with very few customers. No one seemed concerned. It took repeated requests to clean up a spilled drink. Drink orders were wro...
I took my family there on a Monday night (6 people) after making reservations for 6 PM. After arriving we waited 1 hour for our food with nothing but water to drink (no bread was served) because we wanted wine with the meal. Although the place was less than half full, menu items were not available...
If I were you I wouldn't waste my time. This is the type of place that adults who have never grown up go to hang out. It is also the type of place where rich west Omaha people go to show off there money, cars, and fake wives. First off there is valet parking that isn't needed. I didn't even tr...
I wish I would have read and heeded the advice of the other reviewers who talk about the horrible service. Wrong food, no drinks, no condiments, no apology, and then overcharge for items I didn't even order! I will recommend to everyone I know to NEVER visit this establishment. I’m sure they wil...
What we ordered: escargot, crab cakes, filet oscar, scallop pasta, and tempura fried ice cream. Ambiance: liked the set up, bar was great and no cover for live band. Piped in music was comparable to lousy elevator music. Crab cakes were all right but small. Snails and scallops were way overcooked an...
Watch your final bill at prestige-particularly your bar bill-almost everytime I have been there-we live right by it-the bill has extra drinks on it that are not ours-each time you order a drink, it's a diffeent price!
Is this the same place that served me fake crab on my filet oscar? come on people, this isn't even close to a five star experience. Is this the same place that has models hang out at the bar? I have eaten at a lot of places around the country, there is no way this was five stars and there are a l...
For a night out with just your wife, no kids, it is great. Good food, a very diverse menu and best of all they do not rush you. Great atmosphere, upscale crowd and the staff is dresses to impress. The lounge afterwards was fun with good live music. Wish it was bigger, though.
I have had many corporate dinner meetings throughout the Midwest and found Prestige to be superior to many of the restaurants I have used. The food and service were superior, and they were able to accomidate a large group without a problem. They also had high tech audio and video available for our p...
Overall my wife and I really enjoy this restaurant. When it first opened over a year ago there were some expected service issues that kept us from going back on a regular basis. We gave it another try about three months ago and found things to be MUCH better. Our servers have been well informed and ...
Very nice venue. Service and food have improved considerably since they first opened. I read that the executive chef from Taste is now running the kitchen. Overall, I really enjoy this restaurant.
OK, so the place is a little over-the-top snooty. I mean, come on - naming the place "Prestige World Class"? Come on. And yes, the crowd does from time to time tend to be a little more West-O suburban posturing than you'd like to see, but it's not dripping arrogance and the staff doesn't cop an a...
Excellent food with wonderful service! The executive chef personally came by our table to see how the food was. The wait staff was not overly aggressive, yet attentive to our needs. A great experience!
There is no restaurant in Omaha with such a diverse menu. I was with a large group, and there was enough menu items to please my whole group, icluding sushi! There was also an extensive wine and martini menu. The food was excellent and the service was superb!I will dine here often!
I have nothing more to say other than Divine.
We had the most wonderful dining experience sitting on the patio overlooking the the lake and experiencing an amazing sunset. Great food accompanied by great drinks. Simply unlike anything in Omaha.
Excellent Food with attentive servers. Decor is way above average. We arrived on a very busy Friday night and were promptly greeted by a smiling hostess. Our server Kelly was very friendly and well informed. Bathrooms were very clean and the free valet service was an added plus.
This was our second visit to Prestige restaurant. On our first visit we experienced a couple of minor service issues but nothing that kept us from going back. This time, everything was very close to perfect. Jazz music was at just the right volume and our server (Christina) was on her game and very ...
My wife and I were in Omaha from Denver this weekend and they took us to Prestige. All I have to say is I wish I could transport this place to Denver. We went on Friday night and the restaurant was packed and so we did experience one or two minor service issues but nothing worth getting upset about....
Hello Omaha!!! Cannot believe this place is actually in Omaha, nothing against Omaha but...it belongs in Phoenix, OK wishful thinking! I want this place to be in Phoenix and bring all its beautiful people with it. Thank you Omaha for a great experience. Hello Prestige and its beautiful people! Def...
