We've been going to Yokohama for years now, and it is absolutely the best sushi I've ever had. Even their cooked food is outstanding! The owners are the nicest people you could ever meet as well.

Great food.. great pizza. Is a family favorite. They are fast and consistent.
This is the best kept secret in Chester County. I felt like I was back in my grandma's kitchen, the food is that authentic. I cannot think of going anywhere else when I want Italian. Nothing can beat this place - it is my favorite.
I have visited the Vickers several times over the past six months, both for business, and for social occasions. Each time I have been there, I have noticed that the ingredients in the food seem to be cheapening, and the presentation from the chef is disappointing- tiny Dover Soles, poor quality vege...
Been quite a few years since we dined at Vickers and it will be quite a few more before we return. The snob appeal is still in place but nothing warrants it. A fall Friday evening....Caesar salad prepared tableside by a preoccupied gentleman who had no clue was tasteless. Raw egg? Why even bothe...
Anyone who rates Yokohama has clearly not experienced or eaten GOOD sushi and sashimi. Yokohama is quite possibly the worst Japanese restaurant I've ever been to, and that's nationwide. The minute you walk in the door you smell fish, and one will NEVER smell FRESH fish. Yokohama uses, keeps, and ser...
Yokohama is quite possibly the worst Japanese restaurant I've ever been to. You can smell fish the minute you walk in the door -- FRESH fish has no odor, so you know Yokohama's fish is of low quality and old. Low ambiance, poor value unless you want to risk your GI health. Visit Sakura in Chester Sp...
Don't let the size of this little jewel fool you. Anthony's Wood Oven Pizza is the best Italian restaurant in Chester County! The food is authentic Italian. The staff is friendly and courteous. Guissepe and Tina know how to cook! The pizza and pasta dishes outshine any Italian restaurant in the...
The room was hot. The waitress kept sniffling and wiping her nose with her hand. We were ignored by the wait staff and the manager. The lobster bisque should be called "lack of lobster" bisque. The burger was way over done. It's questionable it was beef. My burger was served on two bun tops while my...
We have visited Allegria a few times. Each time is better than the last. The food is always fresh, creative and delicious. We have consistently left very, very satisfied. We have recommended this restaurant to everyone we know. The ambience is wonderful - small, BYOB, intimate. And leave room ...
There was a void in Chester County and sorrow in our hearts when Arturo sold the Vickers years ago... Now he is back. Arturo's Tour de Force is evident in every aspect of the restaurant; the decor, friendliness, world class cuisine and wines. His service staff is second to none. No plate slamming, ...
The food was fresh and excellent. We couldn't have asked for better prepared and tasting food! Loved it. Plan to return soon!
i went for lionshare diner to eat breakfast and the food was excellent and the service was fast and frindly they really have good food i like it its too much better from exton diner
Terrible!!!!! Man at door was rude...no hello, how are you. Simply, NAME. I asked for a larger dining room. not the tiny room on the side and it was obvious that the other dining rooms had tables, however, we were told "I need to give this waiter a table" ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!?!?! The server had no id...
This place used to be right up there with Dilworthtown Inn when Arturo owned it previously. Not so any more. On arrival we were seated quickly in the empty front room and told "I need to give the bartender a table to wait on". Gee thanks! Escargot appetizer was terrible. They forgot to put garlic in...
Been there for lunch twice and twice for dinner . Great experience. It is getting back to its old excellence. Last dinner was June 4, 2009 with a party of 9 and everyone wants to go back.
We had a party of 7 adults & 3 children (one being below the age of 8)try the Vickers for Mother's Day. It was a complete disaster & disappointment. I would'nt eat there even if you paid me to. The service was horrific. When we walked in, there was nobody there to greet us. We went over to the bar...
My family has been to this restaurant since we moved here. We eaten on both sides (teppanyaki and the side where you can get anything from udon to bento). It is a little bit of a drive for us (45 min) but always worth it. The people are friendly and attentive and the food is great. I'm not sure whe...
My wife and I went to the Lion's Share for Easter Sunday. My wife ordered a coffee and the buffet. I ordered a glass of water, a Pepsi, and a delux veggie burger (with onion rings and fries). The delux burger was dry and overcooked. There were no onion rings. The fries were unremarkable. The Pepsi n...
This was a welcome change from the "Old Vickers". For those of you who don't know, the current owner of Vickers used to own the Kennedy Supplee Mansion, which was renowned for its outstanding food and service. Vickers follows suit to a "t"! I recommend the smoked duck (from the cold cart) so very...
