The food is really great. good sized portions. The servers and chefs are all very friendly.VERY clean. The place is also extremely kid friendly. Ambience is very traditional japanese.

I had the worst customer service I had ever recieve at your location at 7529 West Irlo Bronson HWY waitress name Kawanya. She was very rude I had to clean my own table off from the smeared pancakes and one of the waitresses said screamed out the she saw a bug in the buffet.
Terrible parking (or lack of) area. Food is good and staff varies from poor to excellent. Forget Sunday after church. If you manage to find a parking spot in the supermarket parking lot, you're still going to have to wait a good 40 minutes.
The food is authentic and the best I've had since visiting Germany. The staff makes you feel at home. Very cozy.
this place was great. i have ate at other steakhouses but this was better then anyone of them. i will eat there again.

Empty for a good reason. The food was seasoned only with [too much] salt and the server could not have cared less that it was poorly made. There was no one at the desk on the way out to mention the problems to.
