the staff are very nice. You are greated at the door. Great place to hang out ,sing, play pool, or just watch the sports channel on one of the many tv's. Friendly place to be with some of the best food. Bathrooms are kept clean and so are the tables no matter what time of day you go in.

Family and friends of ours have frequented this quaint restaurant on various occations in the past 5 yr. We have had some of the most amazing seafood dishes as well as old fashioned favorites. As for the previous review if you want steak go to a steak house not a Mexican restaurant. I over all ha...

Very flavorful food. The steak used in the dinners is very tender. The service is walk-up/pick-up at the counter so it is as quick as possible. Food is prepared after your order is taken so you know it is fresh. There is a view window to watch the grill chef in action. The counter personnel are...
The food was excellent and the presentation spectacular. The Pad Thai is the best I have tasted in the Upstate. The selection of sushi is endless. Best of all was the cheesecake tempura. It was a piece of lemon or lime (not sure) cheesecake, battered, then deep-fried. It was absolutely sinful and oh...

Great food and christian people...
I was not at all impressed with the resteraunt. It is not kid friendly AT ALL. The food is HIGHLY overpriced and is not worth half of what you pay for it. I had the calamari and she-crab soup for almost 20 for the two. Calamari was like half cooked rubber and the she-crab soup was really "fishy"...

It certainly must have been an employee or owner who wrote the reviews on other sites for this restaurant. The ambiance is charming and old world. The food is lackluster and over-priced for what they are serving. The Caesar salad was "fishy" (not in a good way) and the "best in South Carolina" shrim...

Great family restaurant. I like the Meat Lovers' Delight. Root beer is great for the kids.
I grew up in NJ, in the heart of Soprano-land and consider myself an expert on Italian food. I've eaten in the best resteraunts in Little Italy on Mulberry Street, and have to say that Giovanni's is that good. You will not find a better red sauce on this side of the Mason-Dixie line! Gabriel, the ow...
