On occasion, I have had a few items that did not meet my expectatons and when brought to the attention of the wait staff, they have been very kind, replaced, or offered to not charge for the item. I always feel like I'm getting spoiled every time my family and I go to Sakura's. The food is excellent, their sauces are to die for, and the servers are very attentive to the customers. For those who have bad experiences, I recommend you try it again, you might be pleasantly surprised.
Sakuras is fabulous everytime. Very attentive staff, great food and the feeling is wonderful. Well decorated and a treat. We try to go at least once a month. Puts Benny's to shame!
We had the best dinner ever at Sakura's. We were lucky enough to get the head chef, Ryan and what a great chef he is! He has a great personality and the food was delicious! We will return again and again as long as we get Ryan to cook for us again!

IF it is not busy (which it usually is) you get decent service and the food is usually really good. However if it is busy, the service is non existent and the food quality is no longer consistent.
