Sakura's its wonderful place that me and my mother have been going to when ever we can. the food is delicious, the show is spectactlar and the cooks are suckers for a cute face. i was expecting a Valcano (flaming an onion) but the cook forgot to do it. i made a comment about it to my mother and the...
this is my favorite place to dine in a so called up scale restuarant. we get coupons for birthday and anniversary meals and so this is when we go! staff is always friendly and if you dont like something they will make it better... and yes they do give you a dessert for your birthday and anniversary!
My husband and I have been going to Sakura's for the past 10 years+. We find that satff to be very friendly, they refer to us by name as we walk in and even remember my typical drink order :). The food is quite wonderful and extremely reasonably priced.
My husband and I have been going to Sakura for many years. However, we took a break from Sakura for a couple of years due to a move. We had the opportunity to dine there again just the other night. This was not the pleasent Sakura we use to enjoy. The staff isn't as friendly. The cook didn't pu...
We have been going to Sakura for 23 years and still go for Birthdays and other special occasions. It may not be a nice fancy restaurant but it makes up for it in quality and quantity of food and we have never had an issue with the customer service! We will keep going back as long as it is still the...
Was a little disappointed in the view and size of the table. Felt rushed even though it was Monday Night. Server brought are main course even before we were done with our salad. Ask if we wanted it taken back, Duh! I enjoyed the Salmon, Medallions to spicey for my husband, drink was way too strong. ...
There isn't a restaurant in the South Sound whose level of quality compares to Stanley and Seafort's. The variety of dishes and their preparation is always a cut above. The seafood is dependably delicious, and the scallops are wonderful--one of the few places where they are available. Add to this t...
FORGET THIS PLACE -- IT IS NOT WORTH IT!! Compared to its sister restaurant Scott's 205th Bar and Grill this place is a dumping ground. Small portions, slow inattentive wait staff. Mostly a pretentious place not worth wasting your money on
We were visiting from Texas-Had the German Pancake w/chicken & apple sausage for breakfast. It was sooo good I have told my husband that we will go there again in July when we return for our daughters homecoming from Iraq. Staff was very friendly & assisted me with information about the area
I just had the Brunch this past weekend and I must say I was happily surprised with everything!
It was well worth the price! The fresh fruit, assorted salads, crab legs, fresh oysters, carved ham, barron of beef, slow roasted pork lion, baked Mahi Mahi, roasted chicken in a mango salsa, smoked salm...
We are a military family so we have dined at several Japanese Steak House, this was the worst we have ever been to. We seen our waitress twice during the meal and never received refills for our drinks til we were ready to leave. The rice was not fried on the grill but brought in a bowl..spilling the...
I have been going to Sakuras since I was a child. For the past 19 years I have enjoyed them however they have declined a tad bit in food, show, and overall quality but it is still a great restaurant. Now if you're looking for a calm place to eat where you don't feel rushed like someone mentioned ear...
This is one of the best restaurant's in the area. On occasion, I have had a few items that did not meet my expectatons and when brought to the attention of the wait staff, they have been very kind, replaced, or offered to not charge for the item. Highly recommend you try the burnt cream. mmmmmmmm...
I always feel like I'm getting spoiled every time my family and I go to Sakura's. The food is excellent, their sauces are to die for, and the servers are very attentive to the customers. For those who have bad experiences, I recommend you try it again, you might be pleasantly surprised.
Sakuras is fabulous everytime. Very attentive staff, great food and the feeling is wonderful. Well decorated and a treat. We try to go at least once a month. Puts Benny's to shame!
We had the best dinner ever at Sakura's. We were lucky enough to get the head chef, Ryan and what a great chef he is! He has a great personality and the food was delicious! We will return again and again as long as we get Ryan to cook for us again!
The original Japanese steakhouse for tacoma. This is your slice and dice flame bursting experience. Dishes range from $12-$40 and you won't leave hungry. Ask for extra orange sauce, you'll wanna take some home with you!
My family and I have been celebrating Easter at Sakura's for 16 years. The service and food have always been outstanding; the value cannot be matched. But as one other patron stated not all chefs are created equal -- once or twice the "show" has not been up to par.
I went to this restaurant with my wife and another couple and was extremely disappointed in both the quality of the food and the service. Arriving at 8:30 PM, we found the establishment to be in an industrial section of town and were a little surprised to see a security guard in front of the entran...
Tasteless, overpriced food prepared to look upscale. I would not send anyone here. A $7. salad worth, in my opinion, 50 cents. You know your getting hosed when the sauces are a fancy swirl on your plate. I spent $70. and left hungry after a drink, salad, main course and dessert. Never again. McDonal...
