Last night at around 10:30 we went through the drive through of this Sonic. Everything except my order was correct. I asked for a #3 (Ex-Long Chili & Cheese Coney Combo) without the chili, only the cheese. Unfortunately, they gave me only chili and no cheese. This baffles me because even the man over the intercom repeated all of our order correctly. I guess the next time I go I'll try to make sure they get the order right.

Absolutely, Handsdown, THE WORST place in Kernersville to eat! Will Never go back! Food was fair at best. Service was non-existent, and when I complained it was like I had no clue what service was about.

Sometimes you don't appreciate an all around great restaurant like Outwest when you live near by. My wife and I really miss this place and wish you could eat there again but we have moved away.
