I will never understand what people like about this restaurant. Neither this location or the Skokie/Old Orchard is anything to boast about. There are exactly two things that are good on the menu besides their namesake (the cheesecakes are delicious). The service is truly horrific. They hire all these teeny boppers who are more interested in socializing than serving you properly. Save your money, pick up some cheesecake and order in a pizza.

I had lunch at this location and received the worst possible service. First, after being seated, at least ten minutes passed before I finally tired of waiting and I had to ask a hostess who was staffing my table. She had to call the waiter to come to my table to greet me. Second, but more importantly, the waiter serving me altered my credit card receipt. He made a duplicate copy of my receipt, gave himself a $10 tip and forged my signature. I discovered this after receiving my credit card statement. I have physical proof of this crime evidenced by a copy of the altered receipt given to me by the restaurant.

My co-worker and I were in Chicago on business and went to eat on a friends suggestion. Was so pleasantly surprised. Everything was fun, good, and service was great! Cheesecake was amazing and delicious! Would go back on any business trip!
