My wife and I went to Fogo de Chao about a month ago and had an overall good experience, however there was an incident that really put a damper on the evening. While we were getting our drinks, our waiter was bumped by another employee and spilled wine all over my wife. The manager on duty came over a directed resetting our table and made a cursory apology to my wife, while trying to wipe wine off of her skirt. He seemed more interested though in chewing out our waiter. This was the last we heard from the management on the incident. At the end of the night, we received a full bill...now I wasn't expecting a full refund or anything, but some sort of gesture would have been nice. Then when I went to the Fogo de Chao website for the comment section, I sent 2 separate messages, and have not heard back from their corporate headquarters, so I guess this establishment figures they have enough business that they don't have to worry about individual customers...you make your own decision, but if we go back, my wife will not wear anything that could get messed up by spilling food or wine.
