Welcome to The Original Joe's Italian Restaurant. Our mother Carol was raised on the traditions of an Old Sicilian family. From her childhood, she remembers the pot of spaghetti sauce simmering on the stove. While sneaking a taste, great grandpa would always catch her in the act. When asking our father Frenchy, the story of how he met our mom, he always told us that, "he just followed his nose." With his love for pasta, one can only imagine how his taste in woman would include a mean batch of sauce. Over the year, they have worked and raised their family here, in Riverside, with the traditions passed on from those that came before. Now the scents of fresh garlic and oregano bring to mind the family's love and laughter throughout the years that have become the heart of our family's tradition. There has never been a time when you weren't welcomed with a plate of food and a place at the table. Carol and Frenchy along with their children and grandchildren want to share with you their love of family and good Italian cooking. We invite you and your family to join us here at The Original Joe's where we hope you'll bring your families, for years to come, to enjoy original Italian dishes and family hospitality.

Unbelievable food, ambiance and service. Ask for the chef to pair your wines with your food-- you will not be sorry! I have eaten better at Mario's than I have anywhere in Orange County or LA.
