Vino Veritas is the Inland Empire's premiere wine bar and restaurant. Choose from over 170 different wines by the bottle, glass or by the ounce and one quarter tasting. Whether you are a wine connoisseur or novice Vino Veritas is sure to have the right wine to tempt your palate. 32 reds and 8 white wines are dispensed utilizing three automated wine dispensers which utilize a wine passport smart card much like a debit card. In addition we free hand pour another 14 wines by the glass behind our beautiful custom bar with solid mahogany bar top. Sit at the bar, grab a table or lounge on a leather loveseat or club chair. The stacked stone and rich colors make Vino Veritas an inviting place to gather with friends or meet that someone special. Vino Veritas features gourmet artisan foods to compliment your wine selection. Al Reyes our award wining executive chef whose resume includes stints at the Wynn Resort, Bellagio and MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas carefully selects every ingredient to ensure dinner will exceed your every expectation. Choose from Baked Swordfish with wasabi mashed potatoes or Braised Short Ribs with creamy garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. On the lighter side try our awarding winning Seared Ahi Tuna or Crab & Artichoke dip. You will also find Shrimp Ceviche seasonal soups and salads. There is something on the menu for everyone.
