YUM! This is a fun bar atmosphere, with lots of pool tables, a dance floor upstairs, HUGE big screen tvs (rumors of a few flat screens coming!)best happy hour specials in town.
This may be the finest Italian restaurant not located in Italy.
My wife and I have been dining at the Alpine for years and we have never been disappointed with our dining experience. The wait staff is always attentive and pleasant and the food is superb. Recommended food: grilled shrimp with calamari, clams casino, escargot and the oso buco. No matter what you...
The best lunch special in the DC area!
Monday through Saturday, its $5.95 for the soup of the day, a spring roll, a huge dinner sized entree and all the iced tea you can drink!
ALL for $5.95. I have tried everything on the menu and each entree is excellent. Ghin na ree is a MUST!
Definitely a must if your thinking Thai food. You really get a good amount of food for what you pay at lunch, which I love. The spring rolls and soup are amazing and so are the main dishes. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Best Thai food in the DC area!
After a recent trip to Egypt, I was pleasantly surprised to discover this gem of a restaurant in North Arlington. Pasha serves many of the delicious dishes I ate on my travels - and they are all beautifully prepared. The Messa is an excellent introduction to Egyptian/Middle Eastern/Mediterranean c...
I have eating here many times and Gary and Martha's (Owners) seafood never disappoints. I like the fact that it is family run and has been for a couple of decades now. Gary is a master at preparing flavorful dishes and my favorite is the crab cakes...no wait, the blackend grouper...hmmm, maybe the...
This is the last of the true neighborhood restaurants. They have a patio in the summer and an oldies jukebox year round. My wife and I went there and had the best time. After dinner, we went into the bar and met the " regulars ". We also met the owner, who entertained us with non-stop humor. He was ...
A terrific, casual, neighborhood dining spot for tasty Southwest American fare with original flare, and the best Margarita anywhere!!
Love this place!
The decor is a bit overdone, and the indoor area a bit tight (during warm months there is a very large, canopied area) but the food makes up for it.
Consistently good and fairly priced. I like the brothy soups and anything that is pork on a stick.
It's popular, and often c...
I wouldn't consider Crystal Thai "fast food".
Crystal Thai has a pleasant atmosphere; the room itself is lacking ambience, but the wait staff is friendly and in costume. The tables look nice and are clean.
The food is consistently good, my favorite are the red-curry dishes, perfect with a bot...
Only 3 stars on the food since the did not have any dessert on the menu. I wanted some thai custard with Mango to top the fabulous meal off. Not real fancy, but very tasty. I had the panang curry and their house green salad w/ peanut sauce. If I was from this area, I would definitely be a regular!
This is a small place with good food. It has local artists work displayed and has a small art studio in the basement. They have some difficulty addressing the needs of a larger group more than 4 but is a fun place to go for good food in a unique atmosphere.
Owner Gary Royce brings the best of the sea to Beltway-bound drones via a variety of daily soups (crab, grouper and New England clam chowder), homemade salads (grilled tuna, smoked mussels, shrimp vinaigrette) and robust specialty platters (conch fritters, sauteed salmon, fried, soft-shell crabs). V...
Excellent Sushi! Fresh, plentiful, unique, artistic. Great selection of wines including Saki. Owner appreciates your business!
The food was decent and the service was just okay. What really turned us off was the 1.50 charge for a refill on a Coke.
Horrible service by an argumentative staff. I stopped for the Ostrich burger. When I ordered one I was told they were "out of season". As a semi-regular consumer of Ostrich meat I can assure you there is no Ostrich season. So I ordered a turkey burger instead, and was served a very, very well don...
My wife and I had the experience of trying out Padrino's as we were looking for a place to eat. What a disappointment. The food was cold on the inside and hot on the outside and we found out later on that they heat and serve frozen food that was prepared by a chef that comes every two weeks. It also...
This restaurant is terrible! The food sucks (except the waffle fries) and the staff always asks me for drugs. The TV's are from the 1990's so as a sports bar it's terrible. I would not recommend this restaurant to an enemy! If you want a good sports bar in Courthouse then go to V5. Their fries aren'...
Do not go to Crystal City Sports Pub, they are rude, and I believe they are prejudice against Asians/Pacific Islanders.
